Nicolas Ducor

Project Manager

Nicolas Ducor is a Project Manager at the foundation. He has a BA in International Relations with a major in International Politics from the University of Geneva in Switzerland. He has also obtained a Master’s degree in Public Management and Policy with a specialization in International Governance and Regulation from the University of Lausanne. He joined OISTE in February 2020 where he participated in developing solutions to implement a secure identity for refugees which was also his Master’s thesis subject. Moreover, he works on different projects related to cybersecurity and illicit trade and advocates for the right to privacy and the respect of human rights in cyberspace.

Jenna Emch

Head of Strategic Partnerships & International Relations

Jenna Emch is the Head of Strategic Partnerships & International Relations at the foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management from EHL Hospitality Business School in Switzerland. She joined OISTE in January 2025 and previously worked as a Business Development Manager, Event Manager, and Travel Agent. With a deep understanding of multi-cultural environments, she is highly driven to develop philanthropic projects, leveraging her network to create new synergies. Her role focuses on fostering partnerships that promote digital trust, cybersecurity awareness, and the responsible use of secure digital identities while advocating for privacy rights and human rights in cyberspace.
