
Nicolas Ducor
Project Manager

Nicolas Ducor is a Project Manager at the foundation. He has a BA in International Relations with a major in International Politics from the University of Geneva in Switzerland. He has also obtained a Master’s degree in Public Management and Policy with a specialization in International Governance and Regulation from the University of Lausanne. He joined OISTE in February 2020 where he participated in developing solutions to implement a secure identity for refugees which was also his Master’s thesis subject. Moreover, he works on different projects related to cybersecurity and illicit trade and advocates for the right to privacy and the respect of human rights in cyberspace.

Pablo Lopez
Administration, Relation and Program Manager

Pablo Lopez is the Administration, Relation and Program Manager of the foundation. He has a BA in International Relations with a major in International Politics from the University of Geneva in Switzerland. He joined OISTE in October 2019 where he, inter alia, participates in developing solutions to counter cyber-enabled illicit trade, organizing and promoting events and conferences at the United Nations, co-managing a project for the implementation of secured digital identities for the humanitarian sector. Pablo has a strong interest in Internet Governance and the geopolitical consequences stemming from the segmentation of cyberspace between countries.
